Sustainable Technology

We use a sustainable & symbiotic method of aquaculture and hydroponics to produce high quality greens and herbs.

100% All Natural

All of our products are 100% natural. No chemicals, hormones or pesticides are used at any point in our process.

Locally Grown

All of our products are grown locally.  We harvest the same day we deliver to provide our customers with the freshest product available.

Mission Main Street Grant & Central Greens

Hello everyone! We have just applied for a $150,000 grant from Chase Mission Main Street Grants.

This grant would give us the opportunity to continue expansion of our sustainable greenhouses to produce a higher volume and variety of products for the local community.

We would also be able to further educate people on the benefits of aquaponics and the positive impact it has on the local community and the planet as a whole.

Please vote for us for this grant & sharing this link to anyone who is interested in supporting a sustainable, environmentally & health conscious company.

What is aquaponics?

Aquaponics is a sustainable food production system that combines recirculating aquaculture and hydroponics in a symbiotic environment.

Fish are fed food which produces ammonia rich waste that is broken down by naturally occurring beneficial bacteria in the tanks. The broken down waste produces nitrates that will feed the plants.

The nutrient rich water from the fish is pumped to a hydroponic system to provide food for the plants which act as a filter. Oxygen is pumped into the water which is essential for fish survival and plant growth.

The roots of the plants absorb the nitrates produced by the fish and act as a filter for the water as it flows through the system. The water is then pumped back into the fish tanks to begin the process all over again.
